Sudeshna Bhattacharya

Sudeshna is an International Management scholar, her research examines the theory of the psychological contract in the context of new employment relationships within an offshored outsourced call centre in the Indian labour market. The research contributes significantly to the psychological contract theory and contextual call centre literature.

Recent research explores the impact and future of the outsourced businesses in India, on the life and careers of youth who find themselves solely trained for this particular service industry.
